At Golf Carts Marketplace, we connect buyers with trusted sellers offering both new and pre-owned golf carts, parts, and accessories. Because each product is sold and fulfilled by individual vendors, return and refund policies may vary slightly by listing — but all sellers are required to follow our minimum return standards outlined below.


 Standard Return Window

  • Buyers have up to 3 days after delivery to initiate a return request

  • Return eligibility begins only after the item has been successfully delivered and inspected

After 3 days, returns are not guaranteed unless a warranty applies or the item was misrepresented


 What Qualifies for a Return

A return may be accepted if:

  • The item arrived damaged

  • The product is not as described (wrong model, features missing, false condition listing)

  • The item is defective upon arrival

  • You received the wrong item


 Non-Returnable Situations

  • Change of mind or personal preference

  • Damage caused after delivery

  • Normal wear and tear on used carts or parts

  • Any item marked “Final Sale” or “As-Is” on the listing

  • Late return requests made after the 3-day return window


 Refund Process

If your return is approved:

  1. You will receive a return authorization with instructions from the seller

  2. Items must be shipped back in their original condition

  3. Once the seller receives and inspects the return, the refund is processed within 5–7 business days

Refunds are issued to the original payment method.


 Return Shipping & Restocking

  • Buyers are responsible for return freight costs, unless the item was damaged or incorrect

  • A 15% restocking fee may apply on all non-defective returns

  • For large items (like golf carts), return freight must be arranged by a licensed carrier — sellers can assist with coordination

Do not return any items without written approval from the seller. Unauthorized returns may be rejected or delayed.


 Delivery Damage Protocol

If your item is damaged during shipping:

  • Take photos and video before signing the delivery receipt

  • Note the damage with the delivery driver

  • Email documentation within 24 hours to:
