Golf Carts Marketplace connects buyers with verified independent sellers across the United States. We coordinate delivery to ensure your order arrives safely and as described.

1. Where We Deliver

We currently deliver within the 48 contiguous United States.
No international shipping is available at this time.

Local pickup may be available depending on the seller. Buyers can request pickup details before completing checkout.

2. Shipping Cost

• Nationwide flat rate freight delivery: $450 per golf cart
• Shipping cost is not taxable
• Any additional delivery fees for limited access locations will be communicated before dispatch

3. Order Processing Timeline

After your order is confirmed and full payment is received:

• Standard processing: 2 to 3 business days
• Bulk or high-volume orders: up to 5 business days

Once dispatched, you will receive tracking information by email.

4. Delivery Timeline

Delivery times may vary due to weather, wide-load transport, or carrier availability.

5. Delivery Requirements

Golf carts are delivered via licensed freight carriers. Requirements:

• An adult must be available to receive the delivery
• The customer must inspect the item before signing for it
• If there is damage, write “Damaged” on the carrier receipt and take photos
• Contact us within 24 hours to report any issue

6. Returns and Exchanges

We accept returns when:

• The product arrives damaged
• The product is not as described in the listing

Buyer’s remorse returns are accepted only if the item is unused and in original condition.

Return requirements:

• Return request must be submitted within 3 calendar days of delivery
• Buyer is responsible for return freight cost unless the return is due to seller error
• 15 percent restocking fee may apply
• Refunds are issued to original payment method after inspection
