 Processing Time

Once your order is placed, the seller begins preparing it for shipment. Processing typically takes:

  • 1–3 business days for most orders

  • Up to 5 business days during peak periods or holidays

After processing, tracking details are sent to your email once the order is shipped or scheduled for freight pickup.

Delivery & Inspection

To protect your purchase, please follow these steps at delivery:

  • Inspect the cart or item immediately upon arrival

  • Before signing the delivery receipt, check for any visible damage

  • Take clear photos or video if you notice damage or packaging issues

  • Report any issues within 24 hours by contacting:


 Freight Delivery Notes

Golf carts are typically delivered via freight service. Please be aware of the following:

  • Liftgate Service may be required for residential deliveries

  • Commercial vs. Residential addresses may impact delivery fees

  • Freight carriers usually schedule delivery in advance  please ensure someone is available to receive and inspect the cart


 U.S. Shipping Only

We currently only ship within the United States, including all 48 contiguous states.
Local pickup is available on select listings — filter for “Pickup Available” when browsing.


 Returns & Return Shipping

  • Return freight is the responsibility of the buyer, unless the item is damaged or not as described

  • A 15% restocking fee may apply for non-defective returns

  • All return requests must be submitted within 3 days of delivery
