Return & Refund Policy

We want every buyer to feel confident purchasing through Golf Carts Marketplace. If a product doesn’t arrive as described or you need support after delivery, we’re here to help.
You may request a return within 28 calendar days from the date of delivery.
To qualify:
• The golf cart or item must be unused and in the same condition as received
• All original accessories, paperwork, and keys must be included
• Proof of purchase is required
• Returns must be approved before the item is sent back
Once a vehicle is titled or registered with a state authority, it is no longer eligible for return.
Returns are accepted under these circumstances:
• Damage during delivery
• Received incorrect product or model
• Product not as described in listing
Buyer’s remorse: accepted only when item remains new and unused.

We will review and issue a Return Authorization with shipping instructions
Returns must be delivered to the approved seller location or warehouse
We accept return drop-offs in store, warehouse, or by approved freight carrier.
Returns sent without authorization may be delayed or rejected.
• If return is due to shipping damage or seller error: no cost to buyer
• For all other returns: buyer covers return freight and delivery costs
A 15 percent restocking fee applies to customer-initiated returns and will be deducted from the refund amount.
Once the returned product is received and inspected:
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method
• Processing typically takes up to 10 business days
• Shipping charges are not refundable
If the returned item shows damage or use, deductions may apply based on loss of value.
We can exchange a cart or item of equal value when eligible inventory is available.
Exchanges may occur in store, warehouse, or through return shipment, depending on seller location.
